finally working...i've been wanting somewhere to share my thoughts on random things from creative projects to more serious 'thinkpieces' and daily adventures!
Im currently working on my first sewing project which is the sophie top.. this shit is frking hard. figuuring out how a sewine functions was quite challenging but the hardest part is avoiding birdnests at each stage of sewing. i will probably need to buy some kind of overlock/overedge foot (is there even a difference???!?) to mimic a serger. my current machine does have a stitich setting for zigzags and zigzags that have these notches that seem to mimic similar stitch patter but it jsut looks really bad. ive been loving binding tape also. for obvious reasons.
